But I don’t mind the haircut. It helps that as far as haircuts go, it isn’t distinctly modern, but sort of timeless and he could have sported it in CATFA, and for a soldier, it was possibly more likely.
I do hope his dress sense is still old fashioned, though.

It’s just a slight modern twist on a classic haircut.
Also, Steve is more than capable of using modern technology, but that’s a different topic for a different time.

The picture you used of Sebastian is a Winter Solder edit of mine. Take a look at the shadows of that one and the original one I linked you to. I’m also aware my tag was removed next to his arm, as I can still see part of it through the white circle trying to cover it.
